By registering or interacting with a Brand’s loyalty program via Getdopamine, you agree to thefollowing:
1. Participation
● Loyalty programs are operated by Brands. Dopamine provides the platform only.
● All rewards, redemptions, and disputes are the responsibility of the Brand.
2. WhatsApp Data and Messaging
● By interacting, you consent to Dopamine automatically receiving your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
● This data is used to:
○ Enroll and identify you in loyalty programs
○ Send program updates, rewards notifications, and marketing messages (if opted-in)
○ Improve Services via analytics and AI/LLM model training
● You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; program messages may continue to operate the loyalty program.
3. Data Use and Monetization
● Dopamine may process and share anonymized or aggregated data with third partiesfor marketing, research, or analytics.
● Your individual personal data will not be sold without explicit consent.
4. Rewards and Redemptions
● All rewards are issued by the Brand. Dopamine is not responsible for failures or disputes.
● Rewards may have expiry dates or usage restrictions set by the Brand.
5. Limitation of Liability
● Dopamine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
● Total liability is limited to the value of any rewards actually provided through the platform.
6. Customer Obligations
● Do not misuse the platform, manipulate rewards, or send spam.
● Dopamine may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.
7. Governing Law
● UAE law applies.
● Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
8. Changes to Terms
● Dopamine may update terms. Material changes are communicated via WhatsApp or email.
● Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
